The Office for Research Coordination in the Faculty of Social Sciences was founded in order to assist and support faculty members in the submission of quality research proposals for research grants.
Preference is given to competitive funds (as defined by PBC – the Planning and Budgeting Committee).
The Office for Research Coordination seeks to provide our researchers with comprehensive support in the process of mapping and identifying relevant grants, writing and submitting proposals, and managing their projects and budgets. The office works in full cooperation and coordination with the Authority for Research and Development.
The services offered by the Office for Research Coordination:
- Mapping and distribution of relevant calls for proposals[Bשבא1]
- Support in submitting applications for external competitive funds: budget planning, consultation with the AR&D and the funds, other channels of support.
- Budget management
- Introducing new faculty to basis budget management rules and guidelines
- Support in grants’ reporting in the Research System
